About Us
About Us

Leabrand is a leading specialist in providing skilled, reliable workers and delivering first-class projects to the construction and rail industries.

Leabrand’s divisions operate across the spectrum of civil engineering, collaborating with major construction groups on developments ranging from bridges, tunnels, roads and airports to multi-billion pound rail links.

From its beginnings as Cheema Ltd in 1994 the company has grown rapidly, to encompass a respected welding division built on a reputation for reliability, close collaboration with clients, and the quality of its work in the public and private sectors.

Leabrand which replaced the Cheema name in 2018, is not only a specialised labour supplier, it’s also a trusted contractor for price-work packages. The combined knowledge and experience of its staff ensure consistency, quality and safety for every project. As well as personal attention for each and every client.

Leabrand is also investing in the future. Our welding training department provides courses and apprenticeships from bases in Kent and Wales. It’s one of very few in Britain - raising skills and ensuring a loyal workforce for the years ahead.

The Leabrand Team

Everyone at Leabrand respects each other’s skills and talents. The company has grown but the personal touch for clients remains, and each member of staff is a team player.
